ARTISTX

A platform that started in 2017 by Multidisciplinary Latinx Queer Artist Paula Carreño as a response to the lack of spaces for Latinxs talent in Canada, and specially for those oppressed by the Latinx community itself like Afro-Latinxs, Indigenous communities, and 2SLGBTQ+ Latinxs. This is a space for artists to amplify their voices, promote their work, learn, flourish, be celebrated, and for us as a community to be seen in Canada in all with all of our different forms, colours, and cultures.
